Third time lucky~
GO GO GO GO GO.James Earl Jones Eizo Horiguchi is still contemplating who the hell in the class actually likes him enough to not kill him on sight when he's kicked out of the school building. Three, by the way. Outside, he wants to see Haruki, but when some girl who turns out to be Kyoko Nozaki shows up instead, he's not disappointed. Turns out she's looking for Haruki too, so Eizo suggests a threesome. Lighthouse orgy! When Haruki shows up, they leave, come back for Keitaro, and miss him. Shit. [H3-H2]
Kiku Mori's boyfriend is a little bitch. Who loves her. This prompts Kiku to put them 'on a break', which is Kikuspeak for 'I want to get pregnant by someone else'. However, Dai has to wait until the Programme to actually air this grievance. It's the Greater Republic of East Asia version of going on Rikki Lake. Only you get knives. [H3-H4]
Seira Asagiri begins the version pissed at Akemi for not even looking in her direction. According to the Flashback moment that follows, it's not the first time Akemi has been Not Nice. Wow, Akemi, you bitch. Anyway, Seira leaves the school and realises she's been given a katana. You rock on, there, Seira. [H3-H2]
Yuya Murakami still regrets just not listening to his freakin' mother and not coming along on this trip. Oh, well. At least he got a wakizashi! With that discovery, he toddles off to meet his butt buddy in I1. Meanwhile, his mother discovers his inclusion in the Programme right as the government soldier shows up to tell her. Timing is key in this business, clearly. [I2-I1]
Mimiko Hashimoto still has a family member who calls her by the wrong name. I'm almost sorry it isn't a boyfriend - you can't dump family. Next flashback and it's Mimiko in a bitchfight with her mother while the Programme plays in the background. Anyway, meanwhile, Rukia and Mimiko are just getting comfortable when something comes through the window. That would be a grenade. Shit. Mimiko is thrown to the floor and, abandoning Rukia, flees the building before blacking out. Man, and I thought you were nice, Mimiko. [J2]
Kiku Mori again, and Daisuke is pissed off that Kiku slept with someone else. While they were on their break thing. He saved her from being raped, so she has to stay with him forever or something. Oh, Daisuke. You keep on truckin', little fella. He's interrupted by the approach of someone else. [H4]
Emi Sekiyama... again. The prospect of having attracted a rape baby sends her into an tizzy and she tries to back off a cliff. Tatsutarou, pulling her back, is rewarded with a scratch to the face, a lot of screaming in his ear and, uh... his collar blowing up. Emi, burned, throws up on Tatsutarou, steals his stuff and leaves. Sounds like a night out in Oxford to me. [I5]
DEATH: Tatsutarou Iwamoto
WOUND: Emi Sekiyama - burns to hands/face
Harumi Munemura flashes back to stumbling across a copy of The Programme on DVD, and has to ask the cashier what the collars do. Now she gets to see one in the, uh, flesh as she hears one blow up nearby and moves to investigate the sound. [H4-I4]
Aiko Sakada and her disturbing icon flashes back to kids bullying her... and her father telling her to stop the hell crying, it's making him look bad. In front of who, exactly? *stares* Anyway, Aiko, deciding that the best way in which to protect Mimiko from nothing is blowing her up, promptly does so. Realising that that has backfired, she runs in and finds Rukia, who coughs up blood and tells her to... leave her and save Mimiko. Aiko does so. So we know who the HBIC of the Nice Girls is. Aiko goes back once the HBIC is safe, to find Rukia dying. She has just enough to tim to tell her it was her who killed her. [J2]
DEATH: Rukia Makaki
Taro Hanazawa wakes up to find Atsuo Katsumoto jabbing him in the side. Taro gets up and strips off. To change, you perverts. Taro finds his weapon, a glass cutter, and then discusses with Atsuo the possibility of someone having an escape plan, the answer being 'no'. Before they can do much else, they hear a godawful lot of screaming... and an explosion. So in the smartest move made all version so far, they book it. [I4-J5]
